Perhaps, this sounds like someone you know. Well, you have to realize that they will only change if and when they want to so don’t think anything you do or say will make them change. When you discover that there is someone in your life who constantly makes you feels anxious, depressed or just anything different the normal you, then you shouldn’t go out of your way to be around them. You might get sick or depressed just by being around negative people so you should do what your soul craves.
2. CLEAR OUT CLUTTER
Its been established that physical clutter adds to the build-up of stress and anxiety. This implies that it goes beyond just the physical space mess; it also messes up your mind and leads to mental anguish. Reducing property and keeping only what you need is one sure way of detoxing your soul. The clutter in the mind diminishes as we declutter our physical working or living space.

4. EAT A HEALTHY DIET
Our mind gets a beating along with our body when we consume unhealthy foods. The importance of good food cannot be overemphasized.
